Specifications include, but are not limited to:Contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to prep, prime, and install a pigmented, abrasive, corrosion resistant, resinous flooring system that is durable to heavy equipment and has the potential of lasting 20+ years. Contractor must provide submittals on the resinous floor system proposed. Resinous flooring system to consist of the following layers: Body Coat: Liquid applied urethane membrane Top Coat: Pigmented epoxy coating Sealer: Urethane UV resistant sealer (abrasive and slip resistant) Floor coating and sealant must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended installation process and specifications. Grind down any areas that are elevated and potential tripping hazard. Color to be selected and approved by Owner. Install approximately 285 linear feet of 4” wide yellow paint marking. Paint shall be industrial grade and durable to withstand heavy traffic and equipment. Clean work area and remove all trash and debris from premise once all work has been completed. Approximate work area is 4,400 sq. ft. There will be a pre-bid meeting on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 10:00am in which the work area can be visited and the contractor allowed to get final measurements. Successful bidder shall be approved by the manufacturer to install the specified flooring system.
