Specifications include, but are not limited to: Two bid package are anticipated, well drilling and well equipping. Engineering services are anticipated to include: a) Preliminary engineering, utility research, and geotechnical investigation b) Preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates c) Topographic survey for design purposes d) Coordination with environmental consultant for implementation of Mitigated Negative Declaration and environmental studies related to CEQA compliance e) Coordination with Kear Groundwater, the District’s hydrogeologist consultant and technical adviser for this project f) Permitting assistance and coordination with County of Ventura for well permit g) Bid phase assistance such as: pre-bid meeting attendance; preparation of addenda; evaluation of bids; and recommendation for award h) Construction phase assistance such as: review of shop drawings and submittals; responses to Requests for Information; responses to Requests for Clarification; review of Change Order requests; and attendance at construction meetings i) Inspection services during construction j) Preparation of record drawings
