Specifications include, but are not limited to: Daily Cleaning Needs Entrances Empty waste containers and remove trash and recycling to the designated area.; Clean and reline trash receptacles as necessary.; Clean entrance doors and spot clean lobby glass and trim.; Spot clean walls, doors, door frames, kick plates, light switches, etc.; Dust mop and/or vacuum all hard surface flooring to remove all loose debris; Damp mop or auto scrub all hard surface flooring to remove soil and spills; Vacuum all carpeted areas. Remove mats, rugs and runners, vacuum / sweep and mop underneath.
