Specifications include, but are not limited to: Meeting Room 322 (ABC) in the Kalanimoku Building will be furnished with an Audio-Visual (AV) system that will meet the needs of the Department of Accounting and General Services (DAGS). The approximate dimensions are 58’ x 24’ x 9 ½’(LxWxH). See Appendix A for illustration. The room shall be capable of holding large events throughout the entire space or smaller meetings utilizing existing Air Walls that are divided into 3 rooms. The AV system will support these flexible venue formats. 1. 86" 4k LCD with HDR Commercial TV for Presenter. (qty 1) a. Articulating TV mounting bracket with arms capable of TV extending at least 36 inches from wall. (qty 1) b. Ability for other TVs to swivel as needed to face the audience. 2. A meeting video camera for Presenter. (qty 1) a. Mounting bracket to attach to TV. b. Built-in speakers and audible mic. Field of view of at least 110 degrees. c. The camera will be activated and work with the appropriate input device (e.g. laptop) via USBA or USB-C d. A wall plate with USB-A connector 3. A PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) video camera facing presenter. (qty 1) a. At least 10x optical zoom and 60 degrees horizontal field of view, 1080p resolution. b. Mounted on ceiling. c. Ability to show the presenter area for remote audience. d. Ability to remotely control the PTZ functions. 4. The camera will be activated and work with the appropriate input device (e.g. laptop) via AV Switcher for Video Input Handling. (qty 1) a. Ability to route one of three (3) physical devices using HDMI or USB-C connections and output to the TV automatically or on demand. b. Ability to wirelessly cast from Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices. c. Ability to connect up to two (2) devices using a standard video cable to a wall plate accepting HDMI or USB-C connections. 5. IP-based Touch Panel to control system a. Ability to set mode to large meetings or individual section meetings. b. Ability to change input volume of connected device.
