The purpose of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish multiple Department of Information Technology (DoIT) Price Agreements through competitive negotiations for the procurement of Telephony Equipment, Software, and Related Services as defined and outlined in the terms and requirements of this proposal. The Telephony Equipment, Software, and Related Services proposed as part of this proposal must include at least one of the following manufacturer types: 1) Avaya, and/or 2) any other equipment manufacturers. As a result of this procurement, the DoIT expects to establish multiple price agreements by manufacturer type to provide enterprise level Telephony Equipment, Software, and Related Services for New Mexico State government.
