Specifications include, but are not limited to: replacement and/or repair of defined areas of asphalt paved parking and drive lanes on Pikes Peak State College's Centennial Campus. The work consists of some fulldepth pavement replacement, some milling and overlay pavement, and some crack repair/sealing. Minor associated concrete curb and gutter, and drainage pan replacement is also included. The technical design criteria for the replacement and repair procedures can be found in a series of recommendation reports prepared by CTL Thompson, project # CS19234.000-135 dated February 22, 2021, which are incorporated into and augmented by the project documents. All repaired or replaced asphalt pavement and indicated concrete replacement shall be reestablished at the original elevations and slopes except where specific direction is given to modify the existing condition.
