Valley Water is seeking responsive and responsible contractors for demolition and reconstruction of walls, doorways, soffits, t-bar ceiling, and restrooms for Valley Water property, Crest Building. Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and other incidentals necessary to complete the work as follows: • Demolition and proper disposal of walls • Demolition and proper disposal of soffits • Demolition and proper disposal of children’s restroom facility • Contractor shall be responsible for the proper disposal of all items indicated in the demolition plan • Valley Water will dispose of all office furniture and equipment prior to Contractor demolition • Valley Water will dispose of all data and communications lines
