Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Fiber pull: Single mode with LC-to-LC connector. a. (4) 24 Strand fiber pulls to each IDF from the MDF. b. (3) 12 Strand fiber pulls from MDF to room cabinets. 2. Full school network pull: a. Pull out existing CAT5e classroom drops and replace with CAT6 Hubbell Cable & Connectors, or equivalent: (see Appendix A for maps of the building). i. Note: No wireless network cable should be removed (CAT6). If it is, it will need to be replaced at the cost of the awarded vendor. ii. (QTY: 520) CAT6 drops in main building (Hubbell cable/connectors or equivalent): 1. 6 drops per classroom a. 2 in ceiling with puck connector b. 4 in wall plate near teacher workstation 2. Other rooms vary in qty. of drops per room and the location of the drop. iii. (QTY: 48) CAT6 drops in portables (Hubbell cable/connectors or equivalent): 1. 6 per portable classroom. a. 2 in ceiling with puck connector. b. 4 in wall plate near teacher workstation.
