Today recruiting market is constantly evolving and we at Utah Transit Authority (UTA) are constantly looking for way find the right candidate in a timely manner. With today competitive job market UTA needs to focus not only finding the right candidate but also creating a thorough and timely selection process. Also, in today market most of UTA employees are currently employed and UTA need to have the ability to find candidate though multiple means. Utah Transit Authority is looking for a Programmatic recruiting solution that will allow us to find the right candidate in a timely manner and stay EEO compliant. Currently UTA use Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting advisement solutions. UTA is looking for a vendor to scrape UTA career website and then promote the positions though a programmatic solution that promotes jobs. UTA and the selected vendor will decide a mechanism to notify the vendor which positions will be promoted, and which ones will not. UTA is also asking for a monthly billing format that will also include a list of which positions where posted and how much was spent on each posting. UTA is also looking for a vendor that use a mix of AI plus a human touch to make sure its positions are promoted effective. The main goal here is to replace our current advisement process with a programmatic solution. UTA is looking to advertise around 300 opening yearly though programmatic, but this number could go up based upon UTAs hiring needs for the year. UTA and the vendor will work on the overall budget for each position posted with the ability to increase the budget as need. The vendor will use the budget to promote the position though a pay per apply cost format. UTA is also looking for a solution that provide easy reporting, so that UTA can easily view the progress of each position and how it is preforming by ad type.
