Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. To provide pressure-washing service to Brooks Stadium bleachers/stands as well as areas of high traffic inside the stadium. (Concession areas, main foyer, concourse, front of stadium, inside and outside of entrance gates, etc.) 1. Contractor must empty all existing trash containers throughout designated areas of the University campus and dispose of them in existing dumpsters. 2. Contractor must then replace trash containers with clean/empty trash bags, which are provided by the University. 3. Contractor must pick up any noticeable trash that is on the grounds both inside Brooks Stadium as well as the designated areas of the University campus. 4. Contractor will NOT be required to clean dorm areas. 5. Contractor must supply ALL equipment other than trash bags, which are provided by the University. 6. All trash to be disposed into rollaway dumpster located next to track. No other dumpsters on campus are allowed. 2. To provide cleaning/trash removal to Brooks Stadium as well as designated areas of campus 3. Entire stadium/campus must be cleaned to necessary specifications no later than 9:00 a.m. the following morning after the game. 4. Contractor shall fulfill required duties within the designated time allotment provided by the University. 5. After award a mandatory on-site pre-performance conference at the University at least two weeks prior to the first game of the season in order to discuss requirements and view the campus (if applicable).
