Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The Project includes, but is not limited to the building and miscellaneous site work and pavement repairs. Rough site grading and a storm water retention system is part of the scope of work. • The Base Bid is a 3,300 sq. ft. pre-engineered building (PEMB) with wood framed exterior and interior walls. The exterior walls are metal panels. The roof is standing seam metal. Mechanical and electrical work are part of the scope. • Two (2) add Alternates are requested in the Bid: Alternate No. 1 is an underground storm water retention system; Alternate No. 2 is an addition to the Base Bid building footprint comprising of 700 sq. ft. The Alternate is an additional PEMB frame which includes more electrical and HVAC equipment and work.
