Specifications include, but are not limited to: Renovation of the Communications building in the College of Communication and Information (CCI) to accommodate conference room, offices and a new studio. Includes all related work. This project will be broken into 4 subprojects: • The renovation of rooms 295/295 suite into a 15-person conference room and 6 offices • Create 4 new offices in Journalism and Electronic Media (JEM) suite by subdividing existing rooms • Create new CCI studio, including interior storefront windows, sound insulation, and lowering HVAC noise • The renovation of the Media Center, including creating/revising rooms and adding interior windows. All phases will require power, data, lighting, HVAC, furniture, and finishes to support the new and revised spaces.
