Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Reedley Main Canal Bridge on Englehart Avenue will be replaced by a bridge with a width of 35 feet and a length of 37 feet. The existing bridge structure will be replaced with a two-span castin-place concrete box culvert. The work also consists of installing concrete bridge barriers, reconstructing the bridge approaches and adding shoulders, cold planing and overlaying existing pavement, constructing driveways, installing crash cushions, and in-channel work. Two orange trees will be removed. The Travers Creek Bridge on Lincoln Avenue will be replaced by a bridge with a width of 63 feet and a length of 24 feet. The existing bridge structure will be replaced with a cast-in-place bottomless concrete box culvert with a foundation of concrete footings. The work also consists of installing concrete bridge barriers, reconstructing bridge approaches and adding shoulders, cold planing and overlaying existing pavement, constructing driveways, installing drainage pipe between the channel and ditch, and installing rock slope protection in the channel.
