Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools and supervision necessary for heating, refrigeration, ventilation and air conditioning services at Beverly Municipal Buildings and Schools as directed by the Public Services Department and School Department. All work shall be performed by a licensed HVAC Journeyman or a registered Apprentice employed by a Master HVAC specialist and working under the direct supervision of a Master or Journeyman HVAC in accordance with Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 146. The Contractor shall be expected to perform routine and emergency HVAC services at facilities such as office buildings, schools, garages and sewer pump stations. HVAC services include, but are not limited to, heating, refrigeration, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
