Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Windsor (Town) is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms for construction management, inspection, and materials testing for the Airport-Larkfield-wikiup Sanitation Zone/Windsor Water District Sewer Interconnect Project. The project limits are from the Airport-Larkfield-wikiup Sanitation Zone Facility north on Skyland Boulevard to Shiloh Road then east to the railroad tracks. Project elements include a sanitary sewer force main installation, including trenching, backfill and asphalt pavement, curb and gutter replacement, coordination with existing underground utilities, and associated work within the project site, and other ancillary work necessary to complete the work
