Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Offeror shall complete student pictures during the month of September or first week of October. B. There shall be an accurate match between pictures and ID numbers. C. Pictures shall be taken at 12 individual school sites. D. Picture packets and pictures will be provided on a secured, online portal which must be made available to the District/each school no later than three (3) weeks after orders are received. E. If students request to have their picture taken with a cap or hat, an additional picture without a cap/hat will be taken for records and yearbooks. F. Every member of the student body in each building will be photographed individually. Each school shall receive one (1) “stick on” strip of five (5) color pictures (picture not to exceed 1 ¼” x 1 ½” for each student). These should be received no later than November 1st of the current year. G. To speed up the process at schools with higher enrollment, two or three cameras shall be used at the two middle schools and three or four cameras shall be used at the High School. H.
