Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.2.1: Scope of Conversion: a. Focus on core components supporting most enterprise users. b. Previous proof-of-concept and trial conversions to inform the final conversion in 2025. 3.2.2: Finance and Logistics (FILO): a. Core components for Finance and Office of Management & Budget (OMB) operations. b. Minimal changes expected in S/4HANA for FILO users. c. Documentation and training to mitigate impact of any changes. d. Early access to S/4HANA for FILO subject matter experts (SMEs). 3.2.3: Human Capital Management (HCM): a. Core components for HR, Benefits and Payroll. b. HCM for S/4HANA on-premises (H4S4) announced as replacement for HCM. c. Mitigation of impacts with documentation and training. d. Early access to H4S4 for HCM SMEs. 3.2.4: Purchasing: a. Core components for Purchasing. b. SRM end-of-life in 2030, replaced by Sourcing and Procurement in S/4HANA. c. Equivalent, fully functional components in Sourcing and Procurement with additional capabilities. d. Redevelopment of training for Procurement staff and customers. e. Early access to Sourcing and Procurement for procurement SMEs. 3.2.5: Supplier Self Service/Supplier Self Registration (SUS/ROS): a. Currently provided by SRM. b. No functional replacement in S/4HANA. c. Beginning a SUS/ROS replacement project to be completed in 2024. d. Replacement to provide all SUS/ROS functionality currently used in SRM. 3.2.6: Reporting: a. SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.3 going out of support at the end of 2025. b. Replacement with BusinessObjects BI 2025, scheduled to ship in Q4 2024. c. Upgrade to BI 2025 expected near the end of the S/4HANA conversion project or immediately after. 3.2.7: Labor Resources: a. Project Management: Expert Project Manager Lead with experience in SAP implementation or conversion projects. Thisresource is expected to commence shortly after the execution of the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and remain on the project until the go-live date. Attachment E: Labor Resources Responsibilities further details the responsibilities of the Expert Project Manager. b. Quality Assurance: Dedicated QA team comprised of one (1) Expert QA Lead, one (1) Senior QA Analyst, and two (2) Junior QA Analysts, to perform testing tasks throughout the project. The QA Lead is expected to commence shortly after the execution of the MSA and remain on the project until December 31, 2025. The Senior and two (2) Junior QA Analysts are expected to commence on January 2, 2025, until the go-live date. Attachment E: Labor Resources Responsibilities further details the responsibilities of the QA team. c. Finance Functional Analyst: Expert resource on S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement to assist in the conversion from SRM. This resource is expected to commence shortly after the execution of the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and remain on the project until December 31, 2025. Attachment E: Labor Resources Responsibilities further details the responsibilities of the Finance Functional Analyst. d. HCM Functional Analyst: Dedicated team comprised of two (2) Expert resources experienced with HCM and familiar with H4S4 to assist in the conversion to H4S4. These resources are expected to commence shortly after the execution of the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and remain on the project until December 31, 2025. Attachment E: Labor Resources Responsibilities further details the responsibilities of the HCM Functional Analyst. e. Other Labor Resources: Ad hoc resources for areas such as BASIS, Solution Manager, Security, training, and development, as needed throughout the project life cycle.
