The Anchorage Health Department, Community Safety and Development is continuing the implementation of the Mobile Home Repair Program (MHRP). The Mobile Home Repair Program assists low-income families who own and occupy mobile homes in need of minor repairs. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit a Subrecipient to administer the program, which includes, but is not limited to, processing and approving applications, managing the construction phase of the home improvements, and disbursing funds to the building contractors.Funds for this program have been made available through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and will amount to $400,000 in the initial Period of the Agreement, ending December 31, 2025. Three options years are intended; however, option years and amounts will be predicated upon the availability of funds.
