Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Needs Assessment. Potentially assist Eddy County, as well as other contractors, in formulating requirements for the new building. This assessment could include, but not be limited to, building code compliance, space requirements, ADA compliance, internal program workflow, kitchen, bathrooms, IT, design attributes, and efficiency. As requested, contractor will meet with Eddy County officials to determine needs and desired outcomes. 2) Site Review/Consultation. Perform review of proposed area/land for construction. Identify potential threats or drawbacks during construction. 3) Architectural/Engineering. Perform architectural and engineering services for the applicable building. a. Basic Services.
