Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1 Feniex Typhoon (C-4017) Siren or Equal 3.1.1.1 Full-Function Programmable Siren with handheld controller. 3.1.2 Feniex Quantum 49” Lightbar with Quad converter or Equal 3.1.2.1 Lightbar must be Tri Color version with Red/White emergency, Amber traffic advisory and 360-degree clear flood capability. 3.1.2.2 Adjustable mounting brackets for lightbar that are vehicle specific for Ford, Ram, and Chevrolet vehicles. 3.1.2.3 Lightbar must be programmable for DOF user patterns. 3.1.2.4 Lightbar must have an aluminum top cover for structural reinforcement and protection. 3.1.2.5 Lightbar must have a minimum five-year warranty. 3.1.3 Feniex Triton 100-Watt Speaker or Equal 3.1.4 Installation 3.1.4.1 Installation pricing will be a lump sum for all units purchased and any associated travel costs. 3.1.4.2 Vendor is responsible for providing all required installation materials. 3.1.4.3 Installation of all contract items is to be provided at the following locations: Regions 1,2,3: WV DOF Region 1 – Parking Lot 1106 Railroad Street Farmington, WV 26571 Regions 4,5,6: Kanawha State Forest – Garage Bay 130 Rattlesnake Run Charleston, WV 25314 3.1.4.4 Vendor will work with agency in scheduling day and time allotment per truck needed for each installation. Agency will ensure vehicles will be available for installation at their allotted day, time, and location. Vehicle makes/models per region are included in Exhibit B. A mock schedule for installation, per location is included as Exhibit C.
