Specifications include, but are not limited to: Removal of existing Hobart CLPS66e (480vac/60Hz/3Phase voltage) dishwasher with a CLe All Electric Blower-Dryer and replacement and installation of a new Hobart CL66-BAS+BUILDUP with an electric blower dryer. EQUIPMENT: Must be a conveyer dishwasher, single tank with power scrapper Unit length must be a minimum of 66”. Must be field convertible for low temperature or high temperature final rinse application. Tank and chamber must be constructed of a minimum of #16 gauge stainless steel. Heating device must be controlled by solid-state thermostat with positive low water protection Must have 480vac/60Hz/3phase voltage. All ventilation hoods with the appropriate dampers must be included. Must include a dirty water indicator with an optional shut down mode, energy saver mode, low temperature alerts for all zones, service diagnostics, de-lime notifications, operating indicators. Wash pipes must be located on the exterior rear panel for an obstruction free interior. Final rinse must be automatically activated when racks enter the rinse zone. Must have a vent fan and booster heater controls. Must contain complete delime with booster guard Must have a minimum processing capacity of 200 racks per hour Must have touch screen controls with diagnostics and troubleshooting Must have capless wash arms Must have a pot & pan mode.
