Specifications include, but are not limited to: Specific services shall include but not necessarily be limited to the following: 1. The advisor will interview and work with all of the departments within the City of Taunton to determine the insurance needs and develop an insurance strategy, if the current insurance program does not meet their individual insurance needs. The advisor will also work with each department to determine the accurate contents limits per building. 2. The advisor would be expected to meet and be available to advise regularly with the City Risk Manager and the City Solicitor monthly, along with meetings with the City Council, as requested. An annual broker review will also be required. 3. The advisor would be expected to determine the proper replacement cost for each City building, as well as determining which buildings should be classified as historical building. Additionally, the advisor should develop a strategy to handle the exposures that arise to buildings that are located within the historical register.
