The work to be done under this Contract consists of the following: Contractor shall facilitate the repair of 210 square feet of soundwall that has been damaged from a vehicle strike. The site is located on I5 in the southbound direction at mile point 257.85. It is highly recommended that the Bidder visit the site to assess the location and become familiar with the site. Contractor shall be fully responsible for existing soundwall debris removal and disposal. Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the efficient and effective repair of the soundwall section. Contractor is responsible for payment of any and all landfill disposal fees necessary for proper final disposal of collected debris. Contractor shall be responsible for dust control and all other environmental safeguards and protections as necessary. All such safeguards and protections shall comply with federal and state laws and regulations regarding same.
