A. The Contractor shall execute all services in a competent manner and shall present a clean appearance when completed. The Contractor shall follow all safety precautions and use appropriate personnel safety protective devices. The Contractor shall be liable for all damages incurred while rendering this service as a result of the Contractor’s negligence. B. The Contractor shall repair/replace any damage created during the course of their work. C. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing an invoice and ensuring the OIC or OIC designee signs and accepts each delivery. The Contractor shall record this information (each delivery) in triplicate. The invoice should be signed by staff at the site. A copy to be given to staff, second copy submitted with monthly invoice for payment to the City, and the third copy for Contractor’s records. These delivery receipts must be submitted with the monthly invoicing as required for payment.
