Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services shall consist of alcohol and drug-free transitional housing. All services shall meet legal standards and guidelines for operation as applicable, including but not limited to Fair Housing, Landlord-Tenant Law, and HIPAA. Contractor shall provide transitional beds for males and/or females: 1. Transitional beds shall be for current or former treatment court clients that are occupied for services and prorated for any un-occupancy 2. Transitional beds can be in one location or spread out in multiple locations throughout Clackamas County 3. Ideal number of beds throughout locations is 20 male beds and 10 female beds, please provide information on how many beds will be available
