Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District is soliciting proposals from firms to perform Integrated Project Delivery services for construction renovation to 4 separate schools within the District. Potential scope of work for the projects could include: low slope roof replacement, metal roof remediation/replacement, HVAC and ductwork replacement, kitchen/serving line renovation, exterior envelope remediation, auditorium refresh, fire alarm replacement, low-voltage wiring replacement, elevator remediation, interior refresh to potentially include ceiling grid & tile, lighting/flooring/painting, minor interior space adjustments, site improvements, and other such renovations as identified during the review and design process as directed by the Owner.
