Specifications include, but are not limited to: UDOT Region Three requires an Area Supervisor Office, either modular or mobile, to be located at 8225 S 21510 W, Duchesne, Utah 84021. The new Office will be placed on the site of a current mobile office. The existing office will be moved by UDOT, and the site will be ready for the new office, with water and power existing. The requirements for the Office are as follows: Construction will have at a minimum the following: The outside diameter of the Office will be approximately 15’2” by 52’, with one approximate 9’ by 12’ room at one end, one bathroom next to the 9’ by 12’ room, and then an open kitchen and living area of approximately 23’6” by 14’2” with the kitchen counters and cabinets, stove, refrigerator and sinks along one wall. The construction of the exterior walls will be 2 X 6 16” OC, the floors will be 2 X 8 floor joists 16” OC with 19/32” decking, with floor insulation of at least R-22. The sidewall height will be approximately 8’6” with a flat ceiling. Roof load will be at least 30#, with at least R-28 ceiling insulation and at least R-19 wall insulation. There must be a detachable hitch included.
