The selected Proposer will be responsible for delivering up to eight (8) portable park model cabin/RV units, each with the following minimum specifications: • Dimensions: 12' x 20' living area with an additional 5' covered front porch. • Sleeping Arrangements: Each unit must include, at a minimum, one queen-sized bed. • Full Bathroom: Fully equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. • Kitchen Facilities: Including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. • Eating Area: A designated area suitable for two to four people. • Exterior Design: • Hardiplank or equivalent lap siding with a cedar look finish. • Composite decking on the porch. • Metal roofing. • An entry door from the porch. • Removable trailer tongue on the opposite end of the porch.
