Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replace Symmons Mising Valve with New Leonard Mixing Valve G Wing and Install New Isolation Valves - Provide Labor and Materials to schedule repairs with management during After Normal business hours. - Provide Labor and Materials to disable the utilities to the domestic boilers, isolate/shutoff the domestic hot & cold-water valves (to the entire building) and drain the system. * Domestic Water to the building will be off for several hours to make proper repairs. - Provide Labor and Materials to remove (1) Symmons Mixing Valve, (2) 1 ½" gate-valves, (1) 2" gate-valve, (3) check valves (one has active leak), (1) 1" Taco recirculating pump, (1) damaged/leaking section of 2" copper pipe (tempered water), and (2) damaged/leaking supply stops for Symmons Mixing Valve. - Provide Labor and Materials to install (1) New Leonard Mixing Valve, reinstall (1) existing 1" Taco recirculating pump with new 1" pro-press isolation valves and spring check valve, Install (2) new 1 ½" pro-press ball-valves (incoming domestic hot & cold) with new spring check valves (one check valve was actively leaking), (1) 2" pro-press ball-valve on outgoing tempered waterline with new spring check valve, Repair leak on 2" tempered water line with new temperature gauge, and reconnect½" hot water line with new isolation valve and spring check valve. - Provide Labor and Materials to restore the utilities to the domestic boilers, turn on the domestic hot & cold-water valves, repressurize the domestic hot & cold-water system, test function, and check for leaks. *On-site maintenance support staff needed to restore the domestic hot & cold-water system and clear air from the system. Repair 2.5" Domestic Hot-Water Line and Domestic Hot-Water Line above D135 Bathroom • Provide Labor and Materials to schedule repairs with management AFTER normal business hours. • Provide Labor and Materials to isolate/shutoff the domestic hot water to the building and drain the system. • Provide Labor and Materials to remove (1) damaged and leaking 2.5" threaded ball-valve, located in the hallway corridor of C Wing. • Provide Labor and Materials to install (1) new 2.5" pro-press ball-valve, with 2.5" type L copper pipe, and 2.5" copper pro-press fittings. • Provide Labor and Materials to remove a damaged and leaking ¾"x ¾" x ½" copper tee, located above the drop ceiling and leading to the hot side of the vanity in Room D135 bathroom. • Provide Labor and Materials to install a new copper pro-press tee, with¾" & ½" type L copper pipe, and additional copper pro-press fittings, needed for a proper repair. • Provide Labor and Materials to restore the hot water to the building, test function, and check for leaks. *On-site support staff needed for restoring the domestic hot water and bleeding the air from the waterlines.
