AL FOR BATHROOM PLUMBING - Replace water service from the meter to the building. - Install a new barnyard hydrant. - Replace toilet vanity and water heater. - Replace bathroom flooring and bust up concrete water heater pad. - New toilet will be replaced with an elongated toilet, vanity with a new bathroom sink. - New water heater will be replaced with an electrical tankless water heater under the sink. Due to the old water heater taking 30 amps and the new one provided by the plumber is an electric tankless and requires 40 amps, it will need to be made safe. All old wiring goes to existing water heater and run a new 40 amps circuit to a new water heater, all of which will be done in conduit and appropriate fittings.
