Specifications include, but are not limited to: • To be consistent & compatible with current field marking paint inventory, WCPSS will only accept the following: o MINIMUM 18 oz. aerosol cans by weight per can – 20 oz. aerosol cans per volume (12 cans per case) o 5-gallon buckets of white paint • Delivery is a factor. All paint must be able to be delivered to the address below no later than Monday, July 15, 2024 for High Schools, and Thursday August 15, 2024 for Middle Schools. Expected delivery date must be included in proposal. • Delivery will be to one single location. • Orders shall be separated on pallets by schools (61 separate middle and high school locations). o Vendor must label each pallet with WCPSS purchase order number, school name, and colors of paint. Pallets must include a packing list, with PO number included. • Field marking paint in cans must be able to work in the following machines: Smart Striper, Quick Striper, or Sharpe Stripe machines. • Vendor must specify brand name of all paint in bid. • Paint must have a minimum of 60% solids by weight. o Vendor must provide MSDS sheet for both aerosol and gallon buckets and any other pertinent documentation.
