Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of the Project includes, but may not be limited to, the following: 1. Demolition of indicated equipment and components within each control room as shown on the attached drawings (Attachment B – Drawings). 2. An architectural remodel of each control room, with new furniture, floors, and others listed in Attachment A – Specifications and Attachment B – Drawings. 3. New plumbing in each control room. 4. New lighting and outlets for new components within each control room. 5. New door at each control room that leads to administration section. The door must be electronically controlled and monitored at Rogue Valley Youth Correctional Facility but only electronically monitored at Oak Creek Youth Correctional Facility and Eastern Oregon Youth Correctional Facility.
