Eagle Mountain City is seeking a consultant or consultant team to work in partnership with the city, landowners, and the public to create a Downtown Master Plan to achieve various economic, cultural, and quality of life goals outlined in this request for proposals. Eagle Mountain City desires to plan a modern, family-centric, and active downtown that matches its identity. City facilities have reached their limits, including City Hall and the Eagle Mountain Public Library. Furthermore, new city facilities will be required in the near future including new public safety facilities and new recreation facilities. Eagle Mountain City desires to strategically plan the location of these future facilities to contribute to an enhanced city core.
