Specifications include, but are not limited to: This will be a 5 year contract for maintenance and repair of UDOT Region Two (Salt Lake, Tooele, and Summit Counties) compressors, including replacement and new installations of compressors. Contract will include assessments of the existing compressors; creating a maintenance schedule; and conducting a life cycle cost analysis of each existing compressor. Contractor will perform preventative maintenance and repairs. Work must be performed by a Manufacture Certified Repair Technician. Contractor will perform emergency and non-emergency repairs, including emergency on site response to notification within 12 hours of notification. Contractor will perform replacement and new installation of compressors as requested by UDOT representative.
