OSD intends to use Procurated Inc.’s proprietary peer to peer generated review and ratings platform to assist government agencies and other eligible buyers in the selection of vendors for government procurement contracts. The duration of the resulting contract will be four years, with an end date of June 30, 2028. The estimated value of this procurement is $0. OSD has determined that Procurated uniquely provides a vendor evaluation platform specifically designed for government, education and non-profit buyers, thereby increasing the relevance and the quality of the vendor reviews for those users. The Department is posting this Notice rather than conducting a full procurement because the Department believes this opportunity represents best value to the Commonwealth and is utilizing this Due Diligence Posting to ensure that the process is open, fair and competitive.
