The Town of Somers, Connecticut (“Town”) on behalf of Somers Public Schools (“BOE”) invite qualified firms and individuals to provide comprehensive Qualifications and Proposals for comprehensive commissioning services associated with the design and construction for the HVAC systems upgrades at Somers Elementary School located at 4 Vision Boulevard, Somers, Connecticut (the “Project”). School Building Committee (“SBC”) appointed by the Board of Selectmen will be overseeing this Project. The work shall be performed in cooperation with the Town, the BOE, the Town’s selected design consultant (Consulting Engineering Services, Inc, “CES”), the Town’s Project Manager, (Colliers Project Leaders, “CPL”), and the Town’s construction manager, (TBD).
