Professional cleaning requires high-powered vacuums, duct brushes, and other top-tier equipment to clean the entire length of the HVAC ducts. Areas to be Cleaned: a) Miller Hall HVAC ducting a. Bldg. 17-0466 b) McVoy Hall HVAC ducting a. Bldg. 17-0460 Supplier Requirements: 1) Access, clean, and sanitize supply air ducts. 2) Access, clean, and sanitize return air cavities. 3) Remove and reinstall all applicable grilles. 4) Remove and replace all applicable filters. 5) Provide a closeout report including project updates, performance data, and photographic documentation. 6) Clean-up any dust and debris and restore cleaned areas to original and operational configuration.
