Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Construction of a new geothermal system serving three (3) campus buildings which will replace all (or a portion of) the existing chillers and cooling towers. 2. Replacement of the Air Handling Unit in Building S201 3. Replacement of the Air Handling Unit in Building S202 4. Upgrade componentry of the HVAC System in Building S201. The project will require temporary chillers and air handling units to serve these occupied buildings. The Construction Manager at Risk shall seek all required approvals, handle bidding of subcontracts, and administer the construction under a CM at Risk delivery model. The project will be designed and administered under State Construction Office requirements. This project is anticipated to be the first phase of a full geothermal system, and the College will be seeking funding for the second phase by the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) reimbursement for energy efficiency projects in public enterprises.
