The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Cleveland Street Road Diet project. The scope of work will consist of the installation oflandscaped bulbouts and median islands, a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) system, and pavement markings. Cleveland Street is owned and maintained by the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCOOT), and all work will be performed in accordance with the provisions of an approved SCOOT encroachment permit. The project will be administered and managed by the City of Greenville. The contractor chosen to complete the work will be responsible for providing all materials and labor needed to complete the project. It is the contractor's responsibility to visit the site and review all construction plans. The project does not include any federal funding and thus federal requirements do not apply.
