Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this solicitation is to select one contractor to provide commercial window cleaning services for York Technical College’s main campus and Off-Campus Centers. a. Contractor shall perform the requirements of this contract with a high degree of professionalism consistent with industry standards. b. Professional conduct is expected at all times while on Campus. c. Contractor acknowledges the high degree of importance York Technical College places on the behavior, appearance, and service performed by the Contractor and Contractor personnel on College’s premises. Contractor’s personnel shall at all times be neat, clean and courteous, and Contractor shall not permit its employees conduct themselves in an offensive or objectionable manner. Upon objection from York Technical Facilities Department concerning the conduct, demeanor, or appearance of any of Contractor’s employees, Contractor shall forthwith take all steps necessary to remove the cause of the objection. d. Windows shall be free of streaks, smudges, and drips. All sills and mullions will be wiped clean and dry. If cleaning does not meet the expectations of the York Technical College Facilities Department, Contractor must return and clean again at no additional cost to College.
