Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall maintain an adequate, qualified, and experienced staff to perform snow removal related work twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week. 2. The Contractor shall ensure that they have sufficient trained personnel and equipment on hand to provide snow removal services for all the facilities listed in this specification simultaneously, regardless of conditions. 3. The Contractor shall have all the necessary equipment (i.e. plows, snow blowers, sanders, sweepers, spreaders, liquid deicer tanks, etc.) required to perform snow removal in accordance with the specifications within this Contract. 4. Upon verbal or written notification (24 hours a day, 365 days a year), the Contractor shall respond and remedy any Dangerous Condition and/or unacceptable condition within (1) one hour after receipt of notification that such conditions exist. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to monitor email and voicemail to ensure response times are in compliance with Contract specifications. A quality control inspection form shall be completed to include time and date stamped photographs and submitted to RTD via Map To Track to properly document that the condition has been corrected. All communication shall be conducted via one Contractor email address and one primary phone number.
