The overall objective of this RFP is to select a Contractor to assist AU Parking Services in implementing a high-quality pay by mobile product, with exceptional customer service and support. Qualified Contractors with demonstrated expertise in providing proven experience in pay by mobile technology and software and demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement of their product and services are invited to submit proposals, based on the information provided in this RFP, with the intent to establish a business alliance that will maximize the resources of both organizations to meet the University’s needs most effectively.
