Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Broken Arrow Municipal Authority in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma is hereby soliciting Letters of Interest (LOI) from qualified Engineering design firms for professional services with regards to the Broken Arrow Municipal Authority Water Systems Master Plan. The professional services contract is for a Master Plan of Broken Arrow’s Water System. The Master Plan may include determining population projections, updating existing water model, identifying areas of concern for water age/demand/dead ends, looking at interconnects with surrounding cities/water districts, developing a list of Capital Improvement Projects with triggers for design/construction of projects, evaluating High Pressure Plane/5 million gallon Omaha Tank for improved operations, and presentation of plan to staff and Authority. The plan will address the water collection system along with the City owned and operated Verdigris River Water Treatment Plant (VRWTP).
