Agency is requesting Contractor to assist in the financial examination of the Mutual of Enumclaw Group exam of Enumclaw Property and Casualty Insurance Company and Mutual of Enumclaw Insurance Company and could include working with data from a number of affiliated insurers in the insurance holding company system. Agency shall provide the Examiner-In-Charge (EIC) and Contractor shall provide at least two examiners, including one with expertise in control and substantive testing for property and casualty reinsurance ceding, including reviewing the contracts and one with expertise in the area of information technology. Contractor shall participate in the full-scope quinquennial examination of the Mutual of Enumclaw Group. When requested by Agency, Contractor’s examiners shall provide peer support to the Agency EIC and on the job training to Agency examination staff. Contractor’s examiners will perform examination tasks as requested by the Agency EIC.
