Siding 1) All the lead that is noted on the exterior siding will be enclosed by: Ty-Vek or equal brand paper covering for all exterior siding with paper rolled under and attached at the base to retain over time any falling lead chips Cover entire exterior with second layer of styrene backing and “Caution Lead Paint” will need to be stenciled or applied using pre-stamped stickers or lead caution tape every 3 ft. in every direction. This item is MANDATORY. Spray painting the words is not acceptable Owner will choose a vinyl color from in-stock siding at Lowe’s or Home Depot or an equivalent product of similar quality from the Contractor’s supplier 2) Professional wrapping of all exterior siding, roofing and window components by means of vinyl, or aluminum with paint stabilization of all wooden components that cannot be feasibly wrapped. Caulking will be needed to close all open cuts, corners, or framing 3) Install front and rear roof gutters and downspouts at appropriate outfall locations.
