Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1: Project Organization - The PTD Project Manager assigned to this project shall coordinate with the selected Consultant to ensure clear objectives and establish communication protocols, project milestones, and schedules. The Consultant shall provide a summary of the project objectives and requirements, methodology, milestones, schedule, and deliverables via email distribution to the PTD Project Manager within ten (10) business days after the kickoff meeting. Task 2: Data Collection: Analyze Existing Fare Structure/Policies - Collect and analyze PTD’s existing fixed-route and paratransit fare structures and policies. Some of the key indicators include: • Average fare per passenger • Subsidy per passenger • Farebox recovery ratio • Cash and fare media usage by demographic (including percent of riders fare exempt or half-fare) • Farebox/pass sales technology • Ticket and pass discounts/other special fare media • PTD’s cost to collect all fare types • PTD’s cost to collect cash fares on the bus..
