Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Santa Fe Community Market project is an adaptive re-use of an existing commercial feed store property into a City of Temple community market with outdoor venue spaces, open air steel framed pavilions, restrooms, and interior renovations of an existing conditioned building for future retail lease. Civil work includes a proposed fire lane access road, driveway and parking improvements, various other flatwork and site demolition and cleanup, water/wastewater connections and improvements, and drainage improvements. Landscape work includes pavers, landscape plantings and irrigation, sod, artificial turf, miscellaneous site walls, edge bandings, site signage, and site furnishings. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work consists of a new electrical service with new site lighting and building related electrical and lighting, new plumbing for toilet facilities, and modifications and relocations of existing HVAC systems.
