Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall create or provide a web-based system that will organize, score, track, and set reminders as well as prioritize the phone numbers and address verification data results. 5.2.2.2. The web-based platform shall include a place for the Department to confirm whether the updated search items (new phone, updated address) were successful. 5.2.2.3. The web-based platform shall include a telephone number ranking system, that shall include: 5.2.2.3.1. A telephony system that offers a “single click dialing function” for the ranked phone numbers, the ranking being from most likely to be the correct number to the least likely. The telephony system will be compatible with the current telephone equipment at the CRMC. 5.2.2.4. At a minimum, the Contractor shall include 12 licenses/accesses to use the web-based platform for a minimum of 12 months. The start date on those licenses shall be determined by the Department. 5.2.2.4.1.1. The platform shall have the ability to accept encrypted data files from the Department.
