Specifications include, but are not limited to:a. Decommission and removal of the campus-wide existing Johnson Controls Metasys Direct Digital Controls (DDC) Building Automation System (BAS) serving: 1) One (1) cooling/heating AHU systems and associated pumps and VAVs in Building F. 2) Two (2) perimeter heating AHU systems in Building A. 3) One (1) perimeter heating AHU system in Building B. 4) One (1) Atrium cooling/heating AHU system and associated pumps in Building B. 5) One (1) cooling/heating AHU system and associated heating coils in Culinary Arts Building B. The existing Johnson Controls Metasys DDC BAS and devices will be removed and replaced with an updated Delta Controls system and devices and integrated into the Delta Controls BAS that is currently utilized in the cooling and heating plant located in Building B. b. Replacement of one (1) existing McQuay centrifugal water-cooled chiller (320 tons, R-134a, 30% Propylene Glycol) with a new centrifugal magnetic bearing, dual compressors, variable speed drives, water-cooled chiller (R-513a). c. Replacement of two (2) existing Toshiba constant speed, double-suction, horizontal splitcase, base mounted, centrifugal primary chilled water pumps (1009 gpm, 140’ TDH) with new variable speed drive, double-suction, horizontal split-case, base mounted, centrifugal primary chilled water pumps. d. Modifications and upgrades to existing and addition of new piping, valves, devices, instrumentation, insulation, and jacketing, supports and hangers, and accessories required fora complete and operational chilled water system. e. Modifications and upgrades to existing and addition of new electrical equipment, variable frequency drives, raceway, devices, and accessories required for a complete and operational chilled water system.
