This RFQ is for the purchase*, transportation, and stockpile of material to the location designated on the map in Attachment 1. *There is not a designated source for the material. If the contractor-proposed source is regulated by the Alaska Department of Natural Resources (ADNR), the Salcha-Delta SWCD will be responsible for permitting and royalty fees. * Materials shall not be intermixed, and each material type shall be separately accessible for loading. The classified riprap must be stockpiled a minimum of 12’ high. All material shall be stockpiled and available by July 15, 2024 Volume measurements will be made by Salcha-Delta SWCD using a GPS stockpile survey. The floor will be surveyed prior to any material being placed. Gradation tests from a sample pile will be required prior to approval of the riprap. The contractor’s employees will need to access Fort Greely. The SDSWCD will help coordinate access.
